Service description

MAZChess provides online chess play, game analysis, training tools, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. During early access periods, features may be offered without charge; we may introduce paid plans in the future with notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
One person per account unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Fair play

No cheating: engine assistance, account sharing for rating manipulation, or other unfair advantage in rated play is prohibited.
No harassment: abusive chat, hate speech, or targeted harassment toward other users is prohibited.
No abuse: attempts to disrupt the service, scrape excessively, or exploit bugs for unfair gain may result in bans.

We use automated signals and human review where appropriate. Penalties may include warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

User content

You retain rights to your games and content. You grant MAZChess a license to store, display, and process your content as needed to operate the service (e.g. replay, analysis, leaderboards you participate in).

Disclaimer

MAZChess is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free analysis, or specific rating improvement. AI coaching and engine output are educational tools, not guarantees of performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAZChess and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
